Volunteering & Partnering

Metro Community Hub volunteers have been an important part of our work for over 50 years. Our volunteer collective plays a huge role in helping us stay connected to the local community and adding value to our programs.

Volunteer Opportunities

Your time is the most valuable thing you can offer

By becoming a volunteer, people can build relationships, share experiences, and contribute to a community-centered environment. Whether you’re looking to give back, grow personally, or connect with others who care about community wellbeing, volunteering can be a powerful and rewarding experience.

All Metro Community Hub volunteers receive an induction pack, training, and ongoing mentoring to ensure they feel confident and supported in their roles. Volunteer roles are unpaid, but we reimburse out-of-pocket expenses. We acknowledge all volunteers for their contributions as part of our commitment to the volunteer collective.

Register your interest in volunteering with us

We welcome people aged 18-90 from all walks of live and with various lived and living experiences to volunteer. Metro Community Hub welcome people to participate to suit their strengths, interests, and availability. All volunteers are asked to uphold our organisation values and mission.
