From March 2019 we will be extending our Wellness Wednesday program to include 50 Plus Fitter with Katie at 10 am which aims to improve your balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and agility.
2.45 pm we will introduce Gentle Nia with Trish. Nia combines fitness and healing without exertion as well as combining dance, martial arts, yoga and mindfulness. It is a very gentle way to improve many aspects of your health.
Both sessions run for 60 minutes and cost $10 each per session.
