Yoga with Jess

Join Jess for a general level hatha yoga class where all are welcome.

Yoga with Jess classes fuse flowing movement with stillness and breath awareness. When we flow with the breath, the mind is encouraged to stay present. When we are still, there is opportunity for individual adjustments, allowing you to work consciously with your individual needs.

Classes include postures (āsanas) to mobilise, open, and strengthen the body; breath techniques to calm the mind (prāṇāyāma); deep relaxation to unwind; and meditation to reconnect. Along the way we’ll have some fun, listen to some eclectic tunes, and learn new things about ourselves!

Sign up for the 10 week term, or drop in casually.
